Risk of loss or damage to goods will pass as per the agreed delivery terms or, where not specified, upon handover to the carrier.

You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt and notifying us promptly in writing of any visible damage, discrepancy, or quality concern within the timelines specified in the contract or invoice.
Our liability, if any, for non-conforming goods will be limited to, at our option, replacement of the affected goods or issuance of a credit note, subject to verification and applicable contract terms.
